Thanks everyone for the support, we have sold out the SPO in 7 hours raising just over 600,000L$. The fastest SPO in the history of the exchanges. I know the IPO for VHI sold out in 8 days raising about 2,400,000L$, I believe that is the fast IPO to go to the trade floor. Just to let everyone know if you did not read it before VHI has went from 9 sims to 19 sims, the 10 new sims came from BHE and already have residents on them so they are an instant profit, Assets go up from about 800KL$ to 2,000,000L$ with no money, profits go up to about .33L$ to .35L$ per share. We will not aggressively looking for new residents. The SPO money will be used to get new sims as they are needed, I have 2 people interested in full sims which would take our assets up another 500KL$ and our profits up another 200USD.if all goes well dividends could be as high as .50L$ next month.
I'm not one that will hype my stock, i'm just so excited about the new sims and shareholder, so I'm going state some of our history at VHI.

We try to set the highest standard when it comes to our company, we have adapted an insiders trading policy, code of ethics policy. I also have to credit my staff with the great success of VHI, Amber Valentine how keeps the money straight, Ashtyn Pomeray who is in game almost as much as me, and being there for the residents always will to go that extra mile to make them happy. Mykala Sillanpaa who makes sure the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed on all the RL paper work. Without them I don't know what I would do. My shareholders that believed in my vision when we IPO'd, I'm so happy to have each and every shareholder, the old ones and well as the new one, cause with out them there would be no VHI. VSTex the best exchange, Tobia and Samantha doing an outstanding job with the communication and upkeep of the exchange, this is the only exchange with out any downtime, and I'm proud to be a part of it since day one. I got to give some credit to the Lindens for creating SL, with out SL, I would have never of met all these great people. I'm going to have to send the Lindens a Christmas Card this year.

I'm going to pass on something that I got from Zee Linden last year on how to have a successful company,

1. How you think is everything. Always be positive. Think success, not failure. Beware of a negative environment.
2. Decide upon your true dreams and goals. Write down your specific goals and develop a plan to reach them.
3. Take Action. Goals are nothing without action. Just do it.
4. Never stop learning. Go back to school or read books. Get training and acquire skills.
5. Be persistent and work hard. Success is a marathon not a sprint. Never give up.
6. Learn to analyze details. Get all the facts, all the input. Learn from your mistakes.
7. Focus your time and money. Don’t let other people or things distract you.
8. Don’t be afraid to innovate. Be different. Following the herd is a sure way to mediocrity.
9. Deal and communicate with people effectively. No person is an island. Learn to understand and motivate others.
10. Be honest and dependable. Take responsibility. Otherwise Numbers 1-9 won’t matter.

I read this once a month and make sure, I do my best to stick by it.

I'm so excited and proud of the response we got on this SPO selling out in 7 hours, is just amazing to me. I feel like Cuba Gooding JR, when he won the Ocsar for Jerry Maguire in 1996. And when a shareholder comes up to me and says "VHI, so far, is by far the best investment I have made in SL ... kudos to Bart" Comments like those are more valuable to me then anything else.
