Let me first state that I have no problems with competition.
If you search for jobs right now, you will find many job agencies. Avatar4hire, People Pool, Job Feed, Employment Central and SL Job Finder and us (VHEA) seem to hold the top of search.
A company (I will not name) is forwarding OUR group notices meant for OUR applicants to THEIR group making it look like THEIR notices. I call this unfair. Our company has spent the time and money to procure these paying customers for VHEA.
Secondly, it saturates the market (our sector) with the same information. Many people belong to more that one job agency, which is great, more offers to see. But when they start seeing the SAME messages/notices in different groups we have a problem.
