UPDATE ON NEW SIMS & CURRENT SIMS

TDJ PROPERTIES would like to thank all the new shareholders that have invested in our company. We are excited with the progress so far and hope to attract many more investors into our IPO. We would like to update everyone with some great news. After recently purchasing five islands from Crystal Springs Land and Loan, we are pleased to annouce that we have rented all five islands within two weeks of purchase. This was a busy few weeks for us updating the islands and negotiating with current renters of our openspace sims. With the many discussions with everyone we are pleased to say that all openspace sim renters have agreed to a increase in their tier and we will not loose any residents. Unfortunately, with the announcement of the increase in price from Linden Labs, many people either left SL altogether, or were concerned as to a huge increase in our pricing of our few rental islands. We did loose some renters of our homes because of the misinformation that was floating around the blogs and forums. However, we took that time to redo a few islands with many upgrades, changing out of rental homes and landscaping. Over the last week we have seen a increase of new tenants attracted by our very competitive pricing, our attention to details, and our excellent customer service. Even after these troubled times, we feel SL is recovering quickly and we are all getting back to enjoying SL again. Our Asian theme island is in it's final days of building, and we are offering one of a kind builds not yet released to anyone within SL. We have already started advertising for the rentals and are looking forward to offering people a interesting place to call home. Also we have recently cleared a section of a island to make way for a shopping district. We are currently in negotiations with a popular clothing line to have their main store there, as well as our furniture store being located on the island. We have secured an up and coming builder to place his main store on the island, offering all new Asian themed items, from furniture to homes. TDJ PROPERTIES is pleased with the progress over the last month and the direction in which the company is moving. We continue to offer excellent customer service and look forward to a continued growth within the company. |
