Dear shareholders,
On Tuesday we have held a shareholder meeting with major question being weather to continue with monthly dividend payment or not. So, now its your turn to decide which will be done through voting. Voting options are listed bellow.
Voting will last for 2 weeks starting from today.
Voting options:
1. Continue with monthly dividend payment
2. Transfer to quarterly dividend payment
3. Stop paying dividends until the company reaches certain size
Voting will be done through a notecard in which you should state for which option you vote for and then send it to me.
The reason for voting on dividends is that current amount we are able to pay in dividends is rather small and in my opinion it would serve better if it is reinvested.
My votes do not count.
Also, please be informed that I am going on a vacation tommorow morning and will be back in 2 weeks time. I am not sure if I will have SL account but will most likely be able to answer e-mails. My e-mail is: munosonto@hotmail.com and feel free to ask any question.
