Voting extension and general update

Dear Shareholders,
Firstly let me inform you that voting on dividend question has been extended until the next Sunday. The reason for the extension is the fact that I received vote from only 1 person.
During the last month and the beginning of this month a 4 things happened which are important for PBA.
1) We have purchased 40,000 of DDE shares. This deal reduced our cash position but it should insure steady profits during the year.
2) The WSE opened again. On WSE we currently hold: 543,869 WTF of shares, 20,076 of CAR shares, and 11,138 of AMI shares. This should allow us to get a hold of large part of our assets. The bad news is that in case we exit a position, we will be unable to receive L$ until the September.
3) The Real Estate market is acting very unpredictably and for that reason we have decided to decrease our activity in this field.
4) We have decided to exit Furniture business since it added a little toward the net income but took a lot of time and energy.
As the summer is coming to an end, I look forward toward colder months when activity in Second Life increases.
