        transcript:
important note: the `you` person in this transcript is Munito Jacobus

        [11:11]  You: Shall we start?

[11:17]  Tyrian Camilo: What's the agenda here?

[11:18]  You: Well, I believe that present shareholders represent large stake of the company

[11:19]  You: Well, as you probably read Zoey stepped down as SBP director

[11:20]  You: I have offered to take over the company

[11:20]  Tyrian Camilo: Huh Zoey did?

[11:20]  Tyrian Camilo: Is SPB now dead+

[11:20]  Zoey Corleone: yes i did, or am doing

[11:20]  Zoey Corleone: no thats why we are here tyrian

[11:21]  You: Anyway, when Zoey took over the company it already had no assets

[11:21]  Tyrian Camilo: it had only 50k L$ to begin with

[11:21]  Tyrian Camilo: which came from me

[11:21]  Cristian Vidor: ys nevr change from that time

[11:21]  Tyrian Camilo: SPB = HIIIGHLY overrated

[11:22]  Tyrian Camilo: well ok, SPB had small piece of land from Monkey

[11:22]  Tyrian Camilo: after Jasper took it all

        [11:22]  You: yep

[11:22]  You: But it has nothing now, in tangible assets

[11:22]  Tyrian Camilo: and then Ed Baron consequently left after first issue

[11:22]  Tyrian Camilo: so it's wonder there's SPB at all

[11:23]  You: I offered to take it over

[11:23]  You: and enter some 130k of assets mainly consisted of investments

[11:24]  You: And operations of my company

[11:24]  You: I am an analyst in RL

[11:27]  Tyrian Camilo: What's your personal non-tangible assets you wil lbring in?

[11:28]  You: I created a database of some 40 companies listed on SL stock exchanges. In RL I make analyst reports as professional, dont see a reason why not making them in SL

[11:29]  You: So that would be another part of the income

[11:29]  You: Also, I create furniture

[11:29]  Tyrian Camilo: SPB = TheScene Magazine, what about that?

[11:30]  You: The magazine will not continue, at least not in the near future

[11:30]  Tyrian Camilo: Will you quit after 2months also?

[11:30]  You: The reason for that is that I dont know too much about creating it and it would cost some 15k per issue for a professional

        [11:30]  Korto Laszlo: good question

[11:30]  Tyrian Camilo: So in other words: Would you personall sell or buy SPB stock after 2, 4 and 6months?

[11:31]  Tyrian Camilo: So what will SPB be?

[11:31]  You: I will not quit

[11:31]  You: My shares will be locked

[11:31]  Zoey Corleone: The magazine will be in my name and not go with SBP, although we have been talking about continuing thescene underd SBP, that wont happen anytime soon

[11:31]  Tyrian Camilo: How much in money have you put into SPB? Does that make any dent on your RL wallet?

[11:32]  You: I told you, some 130k. It dont mean a thing for me

[11:32]  Tyrian Camilo: Zoey: You cannot take TheScene, you created it FOR SPB, if you take it, feel free to pay for the brand

[11:32]  You: thats some USD 500

        [11:32]  You: not much

[11:32]  Tyrian Camilo: Slightly under 500USD

[11:33]  You: Did we clear on my shares issue?

[11:33]  You: They will be locked

[11:34]  Cliff Eclipse: Do you all have a financial statement that can be shared?

[11:34]  You: What do you mean shared?

[11:34]  Cliff Eclipse: Can I see it?

[11:34]  Tyrian Camilo: What did SPB make during the past few months Zoey?

[11:34]  You: I can post the numbers

        [11:34]  You: np

[11:34]  Tyrian Camilo: We've not seen a dime in revenue

[11:34]  Zoey Corleone: I posted a finacial statement i think a week ago

        [11:35]  Zoey Corleone: nope

        [11:35]  Korto Laszlo: good question

        [11:35]  You: About financials

[11:35]  Tyrian Camilo: Care to quote Zoey, or is there something to hide?´

[11:35]  You: Some 130k is invested

[11:35]  Zoey Corleone: no nothing to hide, thats why i posted a statement

[11:35]  Tyrian Camilo: ´So what was the past few months revenue & costs?

[11:36]  Tyrian Camilo: or bottomline change

[11:36]  Cliff Eclipse: got it. 4/10/8

[11:36]  Korto Laszlo: so munito what else?

[11:36]  You: I hope that when all stock exchanges start to function normally, we can make some 15k net a month

[11:36]  You: unfortunatelly, during last couple of months, stock exchanges have been a mess

[11:37]  Korto Laszlo: will u move to another exchange munito,

         [11:37]  You: No

        [11:37]  You: I like Vstex

[11:39]  Korto Laszlo: and what about the share price ans dividends?

[11:39]  You: I dont control the share price

[11:39]  You: but the dividends should be 50% of profits

[11:39]  Korto Laszlo: goods plans for future

[11:41]  You: hm, I hope stock exchanges will eventually start to work normally

[11:41]  You: but there will allways be cons

        [11:41]  You: its inevitable

[11:41]  Tyrian Camilo: korto: making money has nothing to do with management being a joke

[11:42]  Korto Laszlo: but if nobody is bying and selling the price of SBP will stay at 0.1!! clever guy!!

         [11:42]  Korto Laszlo: sorry 0.01!

[11:42]  You: Well, I cant control the share price, that is not my intention.

[11:43]  Tyrian Camilo: korto: going for even worse Exchange will make the situation even worse

[11:43]  You: When you consider that it has 0 assets, 0,01 is actually a good price. lol

[11:44]  You: Sorry for being brutal, but I am trying to be reseonable

[11:44]  Korto Laszlo: yes but we're talking about a good futur price and make the investment attractive lol

[11:44]  You: I hope we will achieve that

[11:46]  You: So, would you as shareholders rather see SBP dying?

[11:46]  Cliff Eclipse: I think it is an important question, and answers what the chances are for company longevity.

[11:46]  Korto Laszlo: no but we need someone who will make this attractive innovating

[11:46]  You: Well, I can promise not to go away from SL and not to sell my stocks

[11:47]  You: My offer is my assets

[11:47]  Korto Laszlo: just be a good and dinamic CEO

[11:47]  You: I will be that

[11:48]  You: dont know about good, we will see

[11:48]  You: but hard working for sure

[11:49]  You: What are your opinions?

[11:49]  Korto Laszlo: the most important is the communication

[11:49]  You: np with that Korto

[11:49]  Cliff Eclipse: What you gonna sell??? What would you all do for me, to make me buy shares in your company?

[11:50]  Cliff Eclipse: Just a question, that is basic to management

        [11:50]  You: I know

[11:50]  Korto Laszlo: the shareholders have to see a dinamic company whic has a good communication and they can trust and buy

[11:51]  You: I will continue to manage the investments, sell research reports, furniture, and land occasionall when land situation settles down

[11:51]  Korto Laszlo: i'm sorry Zoey but i never heard about thinkgs u have done

[11:51]  Korto Laszlo: not enought communication

[11:51]  Zoey Corleone: oh no dont be sorry, thats exactly the reason why i am stepping down

[11:52]  Korto Laszlo: i'm just trying to be elegant and respect what u have done even if it was not enought

[11:52]  Zoey Corleone: I just couldnt find enough time and resources to get SBP off the ground and besides that also focus on our sharehiolders, i tried and failed

[11:52]  You: Well, Zoey took a company with 10 million shares and no assets

[11:53]  You: In my opinion it was a nice move from her

         [11:53]  Zoey Corleone: thanx Munito

[11:53]  Korto Laszlo: i said i respect what she have done

[11:53]  Cliff Eclipse: You may need to make some decisions about how many shares outstanding as well.

[11:54]  You: The number will stay the same

[11:54]  You: Dont know what is with AVC Gaffer account, but that belongs to the AVC

[11:54]  Tyrian Camilo: i don't want to keep SPB shares if it's not about publishing anymore

[11:54]  You: I can only delete my shares but than would have less than 51%

[11:55]  You: We might start publishing in the future and hope to cooperate with Zoey, but currently it would cost some 15k a month just for a outside editing

[11:56]  Korto Laszlo: think in earning money, forget about ideals!

[11:56]  You: I agree with you Korto

[11:57]  Korto Laszlo: do u have more ideas or informations?

[11:57]  You: Regarding new business operations?

[11:57]  Cliff Eclipse: Why do you want it Munito?

[11:58]  You: Hope to get publicity, dont mind sharing my assets in order to improve sales

[11:58]  Korto Laszlo: to earn money i think and make publicity

[11:59]  Korto Laszlo: what about the zoey shares?

[11:59]  Korto Laszlo: avc gaffer shares?

[11:59]  You: Well yes, but with 500 USD in virtual world is highly unlikely to make some substantial amounts

[11:59]  You: Dont know about AVC Gaffer shares

[11:59]  You: Zoey's shares would be transfered to me

        [12:00]  You: Regarding publishing

[12:00]  You: there are two directions we might take

[12:00]  You: first one is to publish short stories

[12:00]  You: second one is to start SL playboy

[12:00]  You: that is real gold mine

[12:01]  You: but we will see when to start it

[12:01]  Cliff Eclipse: So, you will publish, Munito?

[12:01]  You: Maybe in the future

[12:02]  Korto Laszlo: i don't think it's possible to earn money with publishing

[12:02]  Zoey Corleone: well advertisment in publishing could bring in alot of money

[12:02]  Zoey Corleone: if you would have the time to arrange it

[12:02]  You: If I do start it, I will try to analyze the situation the best I can. If its not feasible than what the heck

[12:03]  Korto Laszlo: yes but if nobody 's buying u'll not have publicity

[12:03]  You: It costs only a couple of thousands to promote it, advertising income should cover it up

[12:05]  You: Any more questions or proposals?

[12:05]  Korto Laszlo: and what will be this sl playboy?

[12:05]  Cliff Eclipse: Yes. I have yet to see a collection of short stories. Do you think you could do that?

        [12:05]  You: Thats possible

[12:06]  You: I have strong contacts with many writers

[12:06]  Cliff Eclipse: I think RL has a market for it.

        [12:06]  Cliff Eclipse: Imagine that.

        [12:06]  You: It probably has

[12:06]  Cliff Eclipse: Making it in RL. hehehhe

[12:06]  You: Well, I will talk to you when it comes to short stories Cliff

[12:06]  Zoey Corleone: well the step isnt too hard, through a blog and again comine sl advertisment or for example google ads

[12:06]  Cliff Eclipse: Education is a big part of SL, and will always remain so.

[12:07]  Cliff Eclipse: Writing stories based on SL would in fact enhance that educ connection.

[12:07]  You: It could cover many stories regarding virtual sexual experiences, which is actually quite interesting from RL perspective as well

[12:08]  You: That was answer to Korto's question

[12:09]  You: Any more questions? or proposals?

[12:09]  Korto Laszlo: so i'm ok with u munito but about publishing i'm not sure it's a good idea

[12:10]  You: dont worry Korto, even though if I do try it it will be with at least cost possible

[12:10]  You: for now, I have decided not to do it

[12:12]  Korto Laszlo: i'm ok munito maybe we can vote

[12:14]  Zoey Corleone: we could ask all the people that have spoken if they agree in sending her a copy of script?

[12:15]  You: But maybe I should discuss the voting part with Samantha. Maybe to put it on vstex.net so that voters can vote over the internet

[12:15]  Zoey Corleone: yes that sounds reasonable to me as well, there might have been people not able to attend meeting soley cus if timedifference

[12:16]  Korto Laszlo: i'm ok with urs plans but i hope u'll make a good work

[12:18]  You: I feel sorry that not that many people showed up

[12:23]  Korto Laszlo: munito i hope u'll take decisions of the futur of SBP not without the biggest shareholders if u're the new ceo

        [12:24]  You: np

[12:32]  You: Well, does everyone agrees that this meeting is finnished?

[12:32]  Korto Laszlo: what more can we say lol!

[12:33]  You: well, bye than people. The transcript will be published on vstex.net

[12:33]  You: together with voting instructions
