        Dear shareholders,

        I would like to thank VSTEX for recognizing our efforts in communicating with investors' public and rewarding us with 10,000 VST shares.

        Also, if there are any questions regarding PBA's operations please post it on VSTEX Forum so that everyone can read it.

        10,000 VST shares will be a nice increase in our assets once we realize it (sell it), until then they will be booked at L$ 0 cost.
