        Dear Shareholders,

Though I have only recently assumed control over Springboard Publishing(SBP), interim Chairman & CEO Monkey Canning has made me painfully aware of your ordeal. The prevalence of a startlingly low share price is a strong indicator of the uncertainty investors must have felt about SBP’s future.

It is my intention to look solely to the future, since I do not have firsthand knowledge of past dealings or sufficient records to make an informed secondhand opinion. Additionally, I feel it unnecessary to speculate on the disappearance of SBP founder Ed Baron. However, I do wish it to be known that assuming control of a previously existing company deprives me of those benefits – most notably starting capital. Fortunately, the monetary needs to launch a magazine are minimal.

My previous usage of “launch” is important, as the current goal of the new management is to rebrand and redesign SBP. The previous focus and format –along with original visions- belonged to prior management, and I could hardly do them justice, nor do I feel that justice would be to shareholders in assuming these haphazardly. Much of this will become clearer in the near future, since my vision for the future of SBP is subject to your approval. Though I have “assumed control,” this remains a publicly traded company, and the approval of shareholders is of paramount importance.

Finally, I would be remiss if I ended this note without personally thanking Konner McDonnell. Mr. McDonnell first contacted me with the idea of assuming control, simply because of our prior dealings, and a belief that the vision I was working towards for my radio station might be somehow paralleled by the original vision of SBP. McDonnell would later mediate between myself and interim CEO Monkey Canning, to assure that we were both fully aware of the other’s intentions.

As of now, I believe that by the end of next week a tentative prospectus will be finalized and posted for your review. Following this, a shareholder meeting will be announced so that you, the true owners of this company, may exercise your ownership in deciding the fate of SBP.

        Thank you for your time.

        Zoey Corleone

        CEO
        Springboard Publications
