Munito officially new CEO of SBP

Hereby I would like to confirm that the takeover of Springboard Publishing by Munito Jacobus is official.
We have given shareholders more than one chance to have their say and despite that feedback was almost null. With the aproval of Vstex Springboard Publishing will move forward with Munito Jacobus as new CEO following the plan as he proposed during the meeting on Thursday, april 24 (see SBP news history here on vstex.net)
As soon as Munito has been granted the rights on vstex.net that come with being CEO of a listed company he will post a first news announcement., which is expacted to happen within the next week.
I would also like to take this oppurtunity to wish Munito goodluck with his future plans. I am releived knowing that SBP is in good hands that are more than capable and motivated to make SBP a succesfull business.
