        Change of company's name

        Dear shareholders,

        Please be informed that as announced on shareholder meeting, Springboard Publications (SBP) will change its name to Penny Blue Association, with new ticker: PBA.

        The prospectus has been updated.

        I would like to ask shareholders interested to sit on the board of directors (as shareholder representatives) to send me a notecard until Sunday, 25th of May (next Sunday). I will choose according to the size of there stake.
