July Financial Statements

Dear Shareholders,
During July we have experienced a decline in both: revenues and net income. As mentioned earlier this is a result of our latest investment in which we purchased 40,000 DDE shares which impacted our cash position combined with reduced activity in Real Estate market.
Net income totaled to L$ 3.410. Since the voting in dividend question has been extended, no dividend was paid out this month.
Revenues: L$ 9.740
Expenditures: L$ 6.330
