July Financial Statements

Dear shareholders,
During the last month we continued with our regular operations. Circumstances are still not running in our favor as financial markets remain highly unstable and land market had it own troubles. During this month we have even experienced a loss on land trading.
Net income totaled to L$ 7.850 out of which L$ 3.805 will be paid out in dividends.
Revenues: 40.800
Expenditures: 32.950

For the next month we expect a slight decrease in net income as we moved some of our funds into one quite safe investment with lower profits.
We will also hold a shareholder meeting on 16th of July.
