        Financial Results for May, 2007

        Dear shareholders,

        During the month of May we have made L$ 5.040 of net income.

        Our sales amounted to L$ 22.480 with greatest part coming from selling of real estate. Our expenses amounted to 17.440 with greatest part coming also from real estate costs.

        The dividend of L$ 3.432 will be paid.

        Revenues:  22.480
        Expenses:   17.440

        Net Income: 5.040

        Dividend: 3.432

        For the next month we expect a slight increase of net income.
