        Dear Shareholders,

        On Sunday, 25th of May, I received 2 applications for shareholders' representative on the board of directors. I am glad that largest shareholder applied and I chose him, Korto Laszlo, to fulfill that function. I do believe that it is always good to hear shareholder opinions. That function currently does not carry any compensation but there is a possibility that this will change in the future.

        Our 2nd director is Konner McDonnell, my AVIC coleague whom I chose since I liked the way he worked on the committee. His role will be to actively seek for good investment opportunities. Konner will be compensated with 250,000 locked shares.
