        i do apologize for the delay. the way we did our financials at Ace and how things are here are quite different. lol

        bare in mind im not a professional cpa, lol

        so i had to learn how to use spreadsheet and all that, lol.

        so was pain staking and time consuming, lol. however i think i got the jist of it. i didnt want to lose any company money hiring a cpa, lol

        or pay anybody to do it in that we lose further cash, lol.

        however i think i got thru everything okay. here we go, lol
