To all shareholders
MDN acquired by WNBgroup
|
am pleased to inform all MDN shareholders that the holding company (WNB Group) I have been running as CEO with great honour for a year and a half, completed the takeover proceedings as a result of fair talks.
As it is listed on the Exchange, this company will be in charge of our mass media assets such as magazines and social advertising methods in virtual worlds.
As such, we planned to be back and operational in a month, and to pay out our first dividends no later than the end of Q4. Therefore I would reassure shareholders about the fact their investments are in good hands.
Our experience has rewarded us in varied sectors of virtual worlds. On top of this, having been operational for over 2 quarters, WNB ITA holds a record that is to say it was the world's first Italian company listing itself and selling 2,5 million shares in 24 days, this is in record time, not withstanding a period of crisis just like in August-September 2007.
Virtual worlds have become our occupation, and we think of widening our business, surely not to close them. Moreover, apart from WNB Group, we think that a reliable and valuable business partner such as VSTEX could be just one out of the very few Italian realities to be worthy of bringing "Virtual Made in Italy" in the world.
Lastly, we think of supporting Manager Samantha Goldflake who has been proving herself to be clever and honest for over 1 year, and we hope the VSTEX-ACE issue will resolve itself to the best end possible. |
