Mediterraneo oc ha finalmente concluso la transazione per l'acquisizione di QCL.
La compagnia abbandonata da Armagoku Dagostino è stata da oggi riammessa in trading room con il simbolo MDN.
Per gli azionisti di QCL resta valida fino al 15 giugno l'OPA a 0.40 per azione.
Chiunque entro quella data faccia richiesta di cedere le sue azioni QCL al prezzo offerto sarà rimborsato e le azini acquisite dalla proprietà.
Passato il 15 giugno le azioni QCL non rilevate resteranno quotate col simbolo MDN e avranno il valore di mercato qualificato in trading room.
A breve la compagnia emetterà un comunicato con l'aggiornamento del prospetto, l'indicazione dei nuovi direttori e membri del CDA ed il programma aziendale per i prossimi sei mesi.
