        SLC Plans to Issue Promised Stock Options
         
        Slight Delay

        The Stock Options promised to old shareholders will be issued int he near future, but the Board of SLC has voted to delay the issuing of the stock options temporarily in order to stabilize the price and give our IPO investors a chance to see the value of the stock.  This is an effort to encourage old investors and new investors to not sell out our stock at low prices, and to encourage the growth of investment.
