        Conversion & Buy-Back update.
         
        Looks like the Conversion is completed.

        Dear ShareHolders,

        It looks like the Conversion of the OLD SLC shares is completed.
        Everybody should have access to his/her shares as we speak.
        We are now waiting for the Buy-Back procces to be completed so we can move forward as soon as possible.

        We will provide more updates on this issue as soon as we have them.
