ITLAND announces that it started the construction of a brand new luxury shopping centre. The new shopping centre will stand in place of old shops, occupying an area of about 30,000 sq.m. There will be 15/16 new and big shops (from 800 sq. m. to 1,600 sq. m.), they were all already sold. New contracts with dealers will be on a percentage-of-sales basis and no more on a fix rental basis. We paid extreme attention in choosing the very best dealers and we will have an increase in profits of about 350% with respect to the old management.
ITLAND annuncia che è iniziata la costruzione di un nuovo centro commerciale di lusso. Il nuovo centro commerciale nascerà al posto dei vecchi negozi e occuperà un'area di circa 30.000 mq. I nuovi negozi saranno 15/16 di grandi dimensioni (da 800mq fino a 1600mq) e sono stati già tutti venduti. I nuovi contratti con i negozianti saranno a percentuale sulle vendite e non più con affitto fisso. Abbiamo riposto estrema cura nel scegliere i migliori venditori e avremo un aumento degli incassi del 350% rispetto la vecchia gestione.
