        100.000 ITA destroyed and another 300.000 (from my personal portfolio) requested.

        CEO Tobia Forcella comunicate to me that was better to destroy a simple number like 50.000 or 100.000, for that reason i purchase back from the market an additional number of stocks required to arrrive at 100.000
        That ammount is still destroyed ..to mantain the equity ratio i request now the distruction of 300.000 stocks previusly converted from stock options to tradeables stocks.

        This was a required operation for a fair destruction of stocks AUTO Buybecked.
