Le Stock Options della IBI Fair sono ancora intatte e non verranno vendute fino a che il mercato non lo consentirà e comunque non sotto il valore di 0.30 per azione.
Fino ad ora la politica di IBI Fair è stata quella di rastrellare dal mercato un numero consistente di azioni in modo da ridurre considerevolmente il numero circolante: ciò rende ancor più appetibili le azioni IBF aumentandone la solidità.
Ricordando comunque che le azioni in contrattazione sono le exKFM partite da un valore di 0.00 passate poi ad un valore di 0.25 (aggiornato ad oggi), l'eventuale vendita di Stock Options non danneggerebbe gli azionisti.
The Stock Options of IBI Fair are still intact and will not be sold until the market do not allow and not below the value of 0.30 per share.
So far, the IBI Fair policy was to buy from market a substantial number of share to reduce the number circulating: this makes it even more attractive actions IBF increasing its strength.
Recalling that the shares in bargaining are the exKFM that left from a value of 0.00 passed then to a value of 0.25 (updated today), any sale of Stock Options not harm shareholders. |
