        The GS Residential Properties (VSTEX: GRP) announced to its shareholders being concluded at that time protocol of intent to acquire 51% of the shares in Paris-Land Company.

        The value of trading will be revealed in due time, and will have 10% of resources of the GRP and a financial contribution of 40% of GRP Holding.
