Purchases will entitle the owner of the No Copy No Mod box the rights to the associated amount of land on the new Central Grid. Central Grid is scheduled to be available to the public in early January. You will need to create an account at http://www.centralgrid.com/index.html

Once your account is created you can present this box to Mike31 Dawes to recieve your purchased land.

You will be required to make tier payments to Mike31 Dawes monthly.
Fialure to make payments by the begining of each month will entitle Mike31 Dawes to reclaim this plot of land without any repayments to the purchaser.

Until noted, all payments including land sales and tiers will be payed to Mike31 Dawes in SL.

Tier are based on current Central Grid tier rates. Changes to their policy will cause relative changes to this policy.

Should there be a delay in Central Grid becoming available to the general public I will provide a refund at the rate of 90% after February 1, 2008.
