I am sure many of you are woundering where this past month's dividend payment is.  First off, I had put asside the dividend payment for this month in a certain bank that may have disappeared.  I am not naming that bank because I have had a good relationship with them in the past and hope there is some other reason for their absence from SL.  I also want to keep open the possibility to recoup those funds.  As soon as I receive funds from the bank I will make a dividend payment.  If this does not take place, unfortunately this month may go without a dividen payment as what would have been profits would be lost making the company virtually break even for the month of December.  My appoligies to all the loyal investors of DFC.  IAside from that I have made several investments this past month.  There are two major ones that I'd like to share, both are heavily involved in the new virtual world Central Grid.  I have begun to create the website shopvirtualworlds.  There is a ton of scripting and programming going into it.  Yes it will server the role in Central Grid that a certain other website serves for SL.  Central Grid still needs to shore up teh bugs in the transfers from avatar to avatar before I can launch the site.  There are also some other areas that I need to develop, but those are comming along and more in my control.  Shopvirtualworlds should proove to be very profitable to DFC.  For at least the near future there is no currency in Central Grid, meaning that sales goods there is very difficult to manage unless both parties are online.  This gives us a very unique opportunity.  The second major project that I have been working on is getting DFC setup on it's own server to run and sell regions in Central Grid.  I have received some concern from investors because I was listing sim's for sale on the channels.  I'm not liquidating DFC assets.  THis is one of our projects.  Our land sales in Central Grid will also work hand in hand with shopvirtualworlds.  We will sell land on the site.  Currently I have land listed on the DFC website. http://dawesfinancialcorp.com As for LL's new policy against banking.  This should not affect DFC too much.  We have only offered low level CD's.  Currently there are only 2 small CD's that I will take care of before the deadline set by LL.
