The First contest will be a random drawing by Samantha Goldflake of Vstex for 100,000 AVC shares.  To qualify for this drawing you must hold 10,000 or more of DFC's IPO shares.  These must be IPO shares, not Pre IPO shares.

The Second contest will be for 25,000 DFC shares.  The investor that holds the most DFC IPO shares will be awarded 25,000 additional shares.  Again these must be IPO shares and not Pre IPO shares.

Some Pre IPO shareholders expressed that they should be included in these contests.  My rational for making them only for IPO shares is simple.  Pre IPO shareholders have already recieve an incredible deal by getting in at a 50% discount.

Go get some DFC shares so you quallify for both contests and so we can get out of IPO before the Nov 15 date set by Vstex.
