Dear Potential Investor:
Thank you for taking the time to inquire about Crystal Springs Virtual Capital Corporation. Allow me to tell you about the company and its operations.
Crystal Springs Virtual Capital Corporation is a new venture. I plan on using the similar successful formula for my other company, Crystal Springs Land and Loan, only this time investing capital in virtual companies within Second Life and the Meta-Universe, as well as a limited amount of land ventures. Note that only individuals that can be trusted, and that already have a proven track record of success, will be involved with Crystal Springs Virtual Capital. I have often seen hedge funds or virtual/venture capital companies falter because of poor business decisions or choosing to work with individuals who end up scamming investors. Be assured that as Crystal Springs Virtual Capital CEO, I pledge to you that I will do my best to keep the company on the right path, and legitimately make a profit for all involved.
The goal is to raise just under L$3,000,000 with the stock IPO. As Crystal Springs Virtual Capital CEO, I will loan the company L$1,000,000 at no interest to get things started, and pay myself back over time (very similar to what I’m currently doing with Crystal Springs Land and Loan). It should be noted that the two companies will be separate entities, with separate shareholders, assets, and profit streams. However, the same policy of excellent customer service, respectability of company practices, and honesty and transparency towards shareholders will still apply. I consider it my duty to protect shareholders from scam artists and individuals who in the past have accepted Lindens from people, and have not paid them back. Anyone that buys stock in this venture should know that as far as the company is concerned, their investment will be safe and secure.
If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you for your interest!
Sincerely,
Skip Oceanlane, CEO Crystal Springs Virtual Capital

BUSINESS PLAN
My vision for income for Crystal Springs Virtual Capital will be in two areas. First, Crystal Springs Virtual Capital will be partners with one or two groups to develop company sims. These sims will be developed and maintained by "independent contractors" which will guarantee a small profit for the corporation. All remaining profits will go to the independent contractors. This will ensure Crystal Springs Virtual Capital has one or two sims as assets, and a small, steady income stream coming in. Income would come in from land sales, as well as monthly tier fees. This formula will prevent the company from having a heavy payroll that eats away at profits, while at the same time provide an incentive for profitability for the individuals involved in the venture. The key is finding good people that can be trusted, and I believe I have done that already.
The second area will be investing in other virtual companies within Second Life or the Meta-Universe. I will negotiate investment deals with CEO’s of other companies so stock purchases or company investments are advantageous for Crystal Springs Virtual Capital. Companies that investments are made in should be ones that deliver a monthly dividend, or other form of monthly royalty back to Crystal Springs Virtual Capital and shareholders. Only those companies that are considered conservative (as conservative as it can be for this platform) and a safe investment will be worked with. I already have a few companies in mind, and I believe there is the possibility for a good return on investment for shareholders.
RISKS ------
Risk would include failure of companies invested in from paying out dividends, royalties, or guaranteed returns on investment. Other risks would be failure of proper land development to meet tier fee payments.
DIVIDEND POLICY ------------------
It is planned that 100% of profits will be paid as dividends to shareholders at the end of every month.
