Hello Everyone :-)
First let me once again thank everyone who purchased CSL IPO stock, as well as those who have purchased it on the open market since last week. The trading volume is phenomenal, with CSL stock being the largest traded stock by Linden value on a daily average. I have been informed that the CSL Stock Risk Fund is almost at L$40,000, which is the second largest only to Vstex's Risk Fund. For those of you that don't know, this is a company asset. .5% of every CSL stock sale transaction (paid by the seller only) goes to this fund, so shareholders gain value by the minute :-) I'm confident this healthy stock buying pace will continue well into the future.
The first planned dividend will be around March 1st. The amount will be around what I have stated in the past. After I do the financials at the end of the day on February 29th, I'll know exactly what it will be. Land sales have been a little soft the last week, and I have concentrated on paying off company loans before taking on more debt. We lost two landowners who defaulted on their loans within the last few weeks, but some of that land is now already being rented so that will help balance things out. The good news is that a few lots have been sold or rented as well, keeping things moving in a positive direction. Between payments made by residents for current tier fees and rental fees, CSLL is still very profitable. Look for one, possibly two new sim loan announcements within the next week.
I would also like to announce that CSLL is now working with DJHocking Westland who owns Hocking Radio, which can be found at www.hockingradio.com. CSLL will be assisting in the future expansion of Hocking Radio, as well as working on being advertised by the company. This new media outlet for CSLL will only expand CSLL's exposure and bring in more customers. Hocking Radio's feed can be found at http://radio.kchost.net:7960, and CSLL has made it the default Music URL for all company land. We at CSLL wish Hocking Radio the best of luck!
Finally, I would like to remind all shareholders that depending on how many shares you own, you may be entitled to a discount on land purchases within the Crystal Springs Estate. By making Crystal Springs or its affiliated sims your home, you are assisting in the financial stability of your investment. Our land and tier fee prices are some of the lowest in SL, so IM me if you wish to save yourself some money on land :-)
