Crystal Springs Land and Loan CEO Skip Oceanlane announced new sim financing deals for three additional sims.  Reflections Plaza, Arietta, and Numa will provide new income streams for many months.  Once again, thank you to all our customers who have made Crystal Springs Land and Loan so successful!  In spite of the US economic outlook, Crystal Springs Land and Loan is still doing well in Second Life.

The sim of Wild Point is now also available for financing if anyone is interested.  Crystal Springs Land and Loan only requires 5% as down payment, and weekly payments can be made up to 50 weeks!  For more information, contact CEO Skip Oceanlane.

Land sales and land rentals overall have been a little soft lately, as some residents have given up their land for personal or financial reasons.  Crystal Springs Land and Loan is working to get all this land resold or rented as quickly as possible, and it should be noted that currently we are still at 85% occupancy overall.  March is still going to be a profitable month, with a dividend paid, so that's very positive.

Finally, Crystal Springs Land and Loan will be providing loans to Crystal Springs Virtual Capital lands as well, so this will be an additional income stream.  Interest profits go to CSLL, and principal payments go to CSVC.  It's a win-win for both companies.
