Crystal Springs Land and Loan is now accepting applications for sim loans once again.  The price is $1000 US, and all you need is 10% down.  You can make payments from 4 weeks to 30 weeks.  The interest rate will depend on varying factors.  The loan process is very similar to before, when sims cost $1675 US.

Crystal Springs Land and Loan hopes that with new customer loans becoming active, this will increase profitability for May and June.  Unfortunately because of the "freeze" at Linden Lab's Land Store, Crystal Springs Land and Loan was unable to give new customer sim loans for almost 4 weeks because they weren't available to buy, and transfers were too expensive.

Openspace sims are still not available, however Crystal Springs Land and Loan is investigating ways to purchase these through Linden Lab.  Their cost will be $250 US, and have 3750 prims - perfect for someone who doesn't need to purchase an entire 15,000 prim sim.
