CEO Skip Oceanlane proudly announced that another dividend payment of around .01L per share or L$100,000 will be paid on or around May 1st.  This will bring the total paid in 60 days to .05L per share or L$500,000, if the dividend is paid as planned. 

Very few companies have been able to pay any dividend like this lately, let alone L$500,000 over 60 days.  Crystal Springs Land and Loan feels this success will continue well into the future.  With the price around .60L-.75L per share, CSL stock is one of the best stocks to buy in all of Second Life.  Get it while it's hot  :-)

Due to the fact that the Linden Lab Land Store still isn't open yet, new sim loans are still on hold.  We are prepared to finance new sims as soon as Linden Lab starts selling sims again.  As stated before, all those interested please contact us if you wish to put a deposit down on a new sim.
