Crystal Springs Land and Loan is proud to announce the financing of *4* new regions for a customer! Financing sims is a safe way to provide for good profits, while keeping risk of loss extremely low.

Crystal Springs Land and Loan now has 6 regions within Crystal Springs Estate, and 11 sims that are being financed for customers, for a total of 17 regions owned by the corporation.  Other parcels of land in Crystal Springs Estate are also being financed by CSLL customers.  All active land and sim loans are current, with payments being made on time. This ensures good dividends will happen as soon as the IPO is over!

I'd also like to report that not including one of the last sims that was just delivered and is being made ready for sale, Crystal Springs Land and Loan now has 87% of its estate land either rented or sold! We expect this number to rise over 90% by the end of the first week of February 2008. Potential investors should take note of this VERY profitable fact. We are going to be a “Blue Chip” stock very fast.
