It's been a very good weekend for Crystal Springs Land and Loan.  I am proud to announce the financing of 3 new regions for customers within Second Life in just 24 hours!

Elven Hollow, Meadow Springs & Small World Galleries are all sims purchased for customers, and after sim loans are paid off by each customer, ownership will transfer to them.  We congratulate all the new owners and wish them the best of luck!

Many people ask how Crystal Springs Land and Loan can afford to give out so many sim loans.  The answer is quite simple.  I loan Crystal Springs Land and Loan the Lindens to buy the sims, and Crystal Springs Land and Loan pays me back.  I juggle things around on my credit cards so that hardly any interest is charged.  Note that I do not make any money off loans to Crystal Springs Land and Loan - I do it as a service to the company.  My CEO pay is derived from dividends paid out, which are looking to be quite phenominal for February :-)
