Greetings Rich and Happy CSL Stock Investors  :-)

I just wanted to let you know that Crystal Springs Land and Loan has financed another sim for a customer.  There might be the possibility of 4-5 more sim financings in the next few days.  I'm just being a little cautious not to over-extend the company's debt exposure.  Recently, two sim loans were paid off, so the number of sims controlled by CSLL now stands at 20, and company debt was reduced for February.  Wow  :-)

CSLL's financials will be released in a few days for the month of February.  They will show expenses and debt going down, and income and profits going up.  The company is definately headed in the right direction.  CSL stock is hovering between .75 and .70 per share.  That's almost a 50% increase since the IPO a few short weeks ago.  I hope all investors are happy as I am,..and the best news is that it should continue to climb since dividends will be paid on a regular basis, and the REAL value of the stock is going up because of increased assets.

It also should be noted that earlier in the week, every single parcel in our 7 company sims was either rented or sold.  This 100% occupancy rate for so many sims was a proud acheivement for CSLL.  We hope to fill the remaining 3% vacant in the next few days.

Finally, please give a review of our sister company's IPO (Crystal Springs Virtual Capital: CSV).  Things are going better than expected already, and it looks like this is going to be another powerhouse stock to invest in, just like CSL.  Anyone that has questions, feel free to ask!
