Crystal Springs Land and Loan Corporation is proud to announce the purchase of 3 new sims!  2 sims will be added to the Crystal Springs Estate for residential and commercial development.  Half of this land has already been reserved by CSLL customers! 

It was necessary to purchase these additional sims because all available land was sold or rented in the 3 Crystal Springs Estate sims.  In spite of the recent decision by LL regarding banks, we're lucky to have strong land and loan sales lately.

Also purchased was the "Elven Spirit Land" region for a customer that needed sim financing.  Sim purchases like this bring in strong revenue and create profits for the corporation for many months.  Crystal Springs Land and Loan is currently providing financing/loans for 4 sims for customers, as well as about 100,000 sq/m of estate land in Crystal Springs Estate.
