Vstex Company

Vstex Company is a virtual scripting firm aiming to offer high quality services inside second life

The ten years experience of the Vstex owners (also owners of an Italian webagency) makes the realization of complex integrated Web/SL systems possible.

The Vstex.net website is supported by a powerful modular platform of Portal Management System, developed from the owners of Vstex company and used in several great projects of Real Life over the past 5 years (contact us for further info)

Vstex company started developing integrated modules on its PMS platform specific for second life in March 2007.

You can see the results on the Vstex.net portal in beta testing:

1. Vstex Virtual Stock Exchange: the first second life stock exchange managed from an open community; Vstex company just wants to be the technological partner of this brand new marketplace. Management, regulations, acceptance of companies in the stock exchange, are delegated to the traders community through a democratic and automatic on line voting system
2. Vstex shopping: the shopping dedicated area of the Vstex website perfectly interacts with any existing inworld vendor; just add a simple script and start promoting and selling online your products. In a very short time this system will allow you to publish the products you are selling on your blog or website, thus turning a simple introductory website into a real E-commerce with real time delivery
3. Vstex Renting System: a powerful system which allows you manage your estates, your shops, rented offices and houses on second life; you can control everything from a simple web interface that receives and sends real time info to the inworld tools provided by us.
   

We also deal with real estates. On Vstex Island , the first of a series of private islands which we will buy, we have got several estates, shops and offices to be rented.

Business plan

Vstex company aims, in the next months, to keep on developing the systems now at the beta stage, and also implementing other innovative ideas which we don’t reveal now for secrecy reasons

After a short break in august, where it will be nevertheless possible to buy our IPO shares, we will start in September 2007 the meetings with the community to define the outlines and the regulations of the share market

Subsequently we will start evaluating the quotation requests through the ways described in the rules for quotation section

Vstex Company intends to increase its real estate turnover through the creation of thematic SIMs, residential as well as commercial and for entertainment purposes.

Vstex Company aims to be the technological partner for all second life companies which need to set up personalized professional systems. Already for September, agreements amounting up to 500.000L$ for the realization of personalized systems have been made.

Vstex Company, thanks to its experience as web agency, intends to be the right partner for all those real life companies willing to endeavour their own business on second life and/or expand their range of action.
