        Where: Auditorium Vstex Island

        Thursday, april 24 2008 at 11 AM PDT (SL time) Munito Jacobus and me, Zoey Corleone, will be at the auditorium on Vstex Island to discuss and inform all shareholders about the takeover of SBP by Munito Jacobus. 

        We will try to answer all questions and are open to all suggestions and comments by shareholders.
