| Transfers from other exchangesWe do accept transfers (relistings) from other exchanges. If you want to relist your company with us, please:
- get to know us
- please read and understand our listing rules
- have ready a complete shareholders list, to be sent upon our request
- fill in our listing module (some items do only apply to IPOs only and not relistings)
- send us at least your last quarter single-step income statement and any additional report/document which you think may describe/represent your company status.
We do apply one-time fees over relistings (please check the table at the bottom of this page). Upon checking your application we'll check your current company market capitalization and we'll assign you a "class". The fee to be paid before entering our trading room will be your assigned class one.
