Some companies did not publish Q4 2009 financials as required by our Listing Rules. Companies trading under the following tickers have been temporarily halted: AMI, CLH, DMI, DWF, ITA, PLK, VHI. We expect the management of those companies to take prompt action in order to get back into compliance.
